The staff of Christian Adoption Services believes adequate pre-placement training is crucial for a successful placement. Informed perspective adoptive parents tend to have reasonable expectations and meet their child’s specific needs in an appropriate way. While the resources for perspective adoptive parents adopting internationally differ somewhat from those adopting domestically, certain issues will be common regardless.
